I believe that Food is Medicine and I believe that you can make lifestyle choices that can help reduce chronic disease and improve the way you feel.  Many chronic diseases can be prevented, and even reversed, when one feels empowered to make better choices for themselves. In hopes to encourage you to have a new approach to daily habits, I am available for individual or group wellness coaching with a focus on nutrient dense food choices, incorporating exercise and movement, improving your sleep, mindfulness and over all well-being.

Plant-Based Nutrition and Cooking Class cirriculum from the Physician Committee of Responsible Medicine.  Food for Life classses provide easy recipe ideas and a thorough understanding of the health benefits of a plant based lifestyle. Health and Wellness Coaching

As a Functional Medicine Health and Wellness Coach, I will work with you to help you recognize and achieve your goals to optimize your wellness. Utilizing a functional approach to wellness we will take a deep dive into your sleep, exercise, relaxation and nutrition practices.   

Employee Wellness

Creating a culture of health and wellness in the workplace improves productivity and decreases health care costs for employer and employees. I can provide onsite nutrition workshops and work with your onsite cafeteria improving healthier opportunities for your entire workforce.  

Pantry and Kitchen Organization

Out with the old and in with the new! I will help you best utilize your kitchen pantry, organize food, small appliances and tools. Having a fresh start with an organized kitchen can help you prepare for an exciting transition to adopting a healthier lifestyle. We will also cover interpretation of nutrition labels and recognizing healthy and non-healthy ingredients.

Grocery Tours

As we travel though the grocery isles we will discuss and learn about ingredients and nutrition labels. We will find many whole foods, such as fruits, vegetables, grains and beans, that will be new to you and discuss ways to incorporate them into a healthy lifestyle. 

Restaurant Menu Planning

Many people are adopting a plant based lifestyle or just enjoy eating more vegeatables fruits and grains. Keep your menu up to date and attract more customers with creative plant based options. I will help you use your current ingredients to create unique and delicious menu offerings.
